SRW Polyspun polypropylene is an extruded fine denier continuous yard laid in random patters. The compressed and point bonded fabric creates a strong and versatile material.

SRW Contractor is a superior quality Polypropylene general purpose fabric used as a weed control, separation, and water flow fabric. Formulated to resist ultraviolet light deterioration, and inert to commonly encountered soil chemicals. The fabric will not rot or mildew, is non-biodegradable, and is resistant to damage from insects and rodents. The design allows for water, air, and nutrients to penetrate to the plants roots in addition to its ability to work behind retaining walls and under patios and walkways.

Instructions

1. Prepare Area
Remove all weeds from the desired area. For added protection, apply preemergent herbicide before laying down fabric.

2. Place Fabric
Unroll fabric and cut to desired length. Fit fabric around plants, lights, etc., by cutting slits or an “X” where needed overlapping each section 4-6 inches. Secure fabric with SRW Fabric Staples, staggering 1.2 staples per square yard.

3. Cover Fabric
Cover with 3-4 inches of mulch, stone or bark to protect fabric from sunlight and to enhance the appearance of your project.
